If you decide to change your payment method after you have registered with us, you will have to cancel your existing registration and make a new registration.

For Onsite Registration: The cost for all standard delegate registration will be at USD 600 and LMI delegate registration will be at USD 400.
Please note that cash and credit card are the only accepted forms of payment.

Submissions by non-academic institutions

Kindly note that there has been a revision in our submission policies. If a non-academic institution would like to present a paper at our conferences, please send in your enquiry to event.ops@qs.com and we will forward this to our conference chair for their consideration.

*Do note that there will be presenter fee applicable for non-academic institution.

Refund policy as follows.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing through email and no refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference. However, transfer of your registration to another person or another QS event is permitted (terms and conditions apply).

Period before conference within which written notification of cancellation is received Cancellation charges
61 days & above USD 50 for administrative fee will be deducted (balance will be refunded)
31-60 days USD 50 for administrative fee & 50% of the registration fee will be deducted
(balance will be refunded)
0-30 days Full registration fee will be forfeited (no refund)
